Fantastic new ICT and cookery equipment Thank you very much to all those who collected vouchers from the recent Sainsbury's and Tesco's scheme. We have just received several boxes of new equipment in school.
The Tesco computer vouchers enabled us to order two more bee bots (controllable robots for KS1), 15 headphone and microphone sets, 10 USB mice, a web cam, USB microphone for high quality recording and some software.
With the Sainsbury sports vouchers we bought 30 lightweight P.E. mats, some large kit bags for storage of balls and some cookery equipment including a blender, mixing bowls, spoons, knives and peelers.
All of this new equipment will be used enthusiastically in school so keep collecting!
We also pleased to have been able to order new ICT resources for use across the school. This includes 12 new laptops for use in KS2, MP3 players to facilitate voice recording and a set of digital video recorders designed for the children to use. As ICT becomes an integral part of the school day these resources will be well used.
