Classes 5 and 6 had lots of fun when they visited at Bristol recently. Taking the strain Bridges and forces Run faster! Trying it out Big pipes What does this do? Down in the garden Happy girls All smiles! Two Alices! Some very strange insects What's everybody looking at? How does it work? What does this do? But which door shall I go through? You hum it; I'll play it! All done by mirrors. Concentration! Don't believe everything that you see! Classes 5 and 6 had lots of fun when they visited @ Bristol recently. YEAR 6 LEAVERS' ASSEMBLY Year 6 leavers singing a touching song called Silver and Gold wearing their hugely attractive autographed T shirts. Stephen Williams, Headteacher, presented them all with a 2006 School year book and wished them all to be "TREMENDOUS" in their new schools. We will miss you. Making their mark Class 6 making their mark for posterity (or at least until the next downpour)! Class of 2006 Leavers' Party The girls and boys of Year 6 enjoying their last fling altogether before moiving on to bigger things. Business Enterprise Stall at Yetminster Fair Class 6 together with the business arm of the Gryphon School explored all the intricacies of making a product sell successfully. They produced and marketed products to sell at the Fair with great success. Perhaps we are producing the business men and women of the future! Osmington Bay: June 12th - 16th ; 2006 Class 6, thrilled at the prospect of a four mile hike to the camp! Airball Like netball with attitude (or should that be altitude!) Shooting Class 6 looking armed and dangerous...but then you haven't seen their shooting! Parachute Games and Orienteering Ready for the off! Almost as hard as making your bed! Chilling out in the lovely sunshine. Trampolining Going up.....coming down.. Whoops! The Zip-Wire Class 6 pose before zipping off! Weeeeee! On the Beach Beach volleyball-but not actually on the beach! Holiday by the sea! All England skimmimg championships. Problem Solving and Trust Games Group snap Now-all things balanced.... Class 6 children thinking! "Don't worry- we'll catch you if you fall off!" Class 6 pushing an invisible giant beach ball!" Emerging out from the tunnel. Now no peeping! "Now just relax! I'll catch you-I promise!" Class 6 all tied up! Archery Learning the correct technique. Which target? There's two of them! Take aim...... ...and shoot! Under instruction Social Climbers! The formidable climbing wall The guys look somewhat apprehensive! Who's that hanging around? The girls are all glammed up ready for a night out at the disco. And look who they'll meet there! 'Alice - The Musical' dvd's now available! Classes 5 and 6's entertaining and highly original production of 'Alice - The Musical' is now out on dvd. Contact the office for details.
