Collection

At Easter we say farewell to Nicola Berry - if you would like to contribute to a small leaving present for Nicola then please send to school office in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the teacher's name.

Attendance

Please note that the school day starts at 8.45am before 'Wake and Shake'. A number of children are arriving regularly during this important activity and, therefore, late for the school day. Please ensure that your children arrive in time for a healthy and active start to the day.

Web site link now up - Fund Raising

A link has now been set up from our web site to enable you to buy St Andrew's School uniform and indeed do your Tesco shop (amongst other things) via our web site which will in turn raise money for the school with every purchase. A limited stock of uniform will be kept at school just to show you the quality of the garments and there will be a postal order form available for anyone who is not on- line. Once the link is set up just log on to www.standrewsyetminster.org.uk and go to the link www.getit4school.com and make your purchase. Order form accompanying this letter. If anyone needs access to a computer please drop into school.

Practice-a-thon!

Some of our budding musicians have been taking part in the 'Practice-a-thon' sponsored event fund raising for children with cancer and their families. Thank you for making this happen.

Vouchers

Please keep collecting and sending in those vouchers Tesco/Sainsbury/Box Tops - we have done so well over the years receiving free computer and sports equipment and books.

Recycle - Mobile Phones

If you have old mobile phones you wish to donate to the school we will pass them on to be recycled and the school will receive Tesco vouchers in return.

R.A.I.S.E 1 Art Exhibition

Clay figures made by KS2 children in the style of Antony Gormley (Angel of the North) received much interest when shown at Sherborne House last weekend. These are now on display in the school lobby for all to see. Thank you to the children and Mrs Neate Clegg for their hard work.

2nd - 6th July - PGL Trip - Class 6.
20th July last day of term.
