Staffing Change

It is with great regret that I have to inform you of the resignation of Mrs Nicola Berry.

Nicola has been with us since 2005 and has contributed hugely to the teaching in Class 3 and to the promotion of PE throughout the school. She is leaving us at the end of March to open a shop in Sherborne and we wish her great success in this exciting venture.

A change of teacher mid year is never ideal but we are delighted to have appointed Mrs Tess O'Rourke to take responsibility for Class 3 for the Summer Term. Mrs O'Rourke is a very experienced teacher with an excellent recent work record in the local area. She has already spent time with Mrs Berry and the class, and will be a fine replacement.

To ensure that the needs of every child in Class 3 are met, Mrs O'Rourke will be working full time and enjoying the continued excellent support of Mrs Locke and Mrs Neate Clegg.

She is looking forward to meeting parents of Class 3 children early in the Summer Term.

Coming Soon - Fund Raising

A link is being set up from our web site to enable you to buy St Andrew's School uniform and indeed do your Tesco shop (amongst other things) via our web site which will in turn raise money for the school with every purchase. A limited stock of uniform will be kept at school just to show you the quality of the garments and there will be a postal order form available for anyone who is not on- line.
