Dear Parents,

Harvest Festival

This year the Harvest Festival will be held at 9.30 am at school and not up at the church. We have been asked that the children preferably bring only tins and packets as the produce will not be distributed until Monday 9th October. (Exceptions to this include apples or runner beans or the like).

Jeans for Genes Day

This year this charity day coincides with our Harvest celebration. So don't forget 'wear jeans on 6th October and bring a small donation to help this important children's charity.

Coppelia - Royal Opera House

Thank you to all those who have returned their slips and money for the trip. I am pleased to confirm that all who have now replied will be part of the trip. Further details will follow in a few days.

Leeson House 12th to 16th March 2007

Letters with regard the Leeson House trip for Year 5 will be coming out this week.

Bright Minds

There will be an educational gift catalogue Bright Minds coming home with your children. They are an award-winning home shopping company established in 2000 and committed to the importance of fun learning at home. All the products in the catalogue support the National Curriculum up to Key Stage 3. These products will help your child develop essential literacy and numb racy skills, harnessing them with a creative curiosity for lifelong learning. It is an excellent brochure full of lovely ideas for Christmas presents and the added bonus is that the company will give us 25% of all orders placed.

Cinderella

Whole school trip to see Cinderella on the 18th December - more details to follow.

Tesco Vouchers

Please send in any vouchers as we have started collecting again!

Early Arrivers scheme is now in place every morning from 7.45 am. Ask at office for more details.
