Dear Parents,

Welcome back to the Summer Term. We are all looking forward to an exciting term of activities and, hopefully, wonderful weather!

Mr Hall

After 6yrs service at St Andrew's, Mr Phil Hall is to retire at the end of the summer term 2009. We all thank Phil for his work at the school and remember particularly his writing and production of many school performances. He has worked tirelessly with our older children and is now looking forward to pastures new. We wish him very well.

New staff

Mr Hall's retirement and other on-going changes will mean the appointment of new staff during this summer term. We are committed to attracting the very highest calibre applicants and look forward to introducing those appointed to you in the near future.

Clubs

A new list of clubs will be circulated early next week, with these clubs running between 5th May to 3rd July.

Vouchers

Tesco vouchers - due into school by 30th June.
Sainsbury vouchers - due into school by 20th July.

19th May - Gryphon Staff visiting Class 6 here.
19th May - School Nurse Visit - Class 6.
22nd May - PTA 'May Day'.
25th - 29th May - Half term holiday.

29th June to 3rd July - Book Fair.

15th July- Report feedback consultations
16th July- Yr 6 leavers' party.
17th July - Last day of term and leavers' presentation service.
